A Sustainable Animal Sanctuary & Wellness-Centered Community
Manifest Farm is a nonprofit sanctuary integrating animal rescue, affordable steward housing, and regenerative design on Massachusetts’ South Shore. We are building a self-sustaining model that heals animals, supports caregivers, and restores the land.
Designed as a permanent sanctuary for rescued animals, Manifest Farm also provides affordable, on-site housing for the people who care for them and operate the community. Built using eco-friendly methods—such as repurposed shipping containers, solar energy, and low-impact land development principles —the farm prioritizes healing for people, animals, and the land itself.
Manifest Farm is intentionally small to start, financially disciplined, and designed to be replicable in other communities.
The priority is to start with animal sanctuary and affordable housing then develop the wellness offerings for revenue to support the on-going needs of the farm.
What we do
Animal rescue and affordable housing are often treated as separate crises, but they don’t have to be. Manifest Farm brings them together through a permanent sanctuary, housing for dedicated caretakers, and community programming that supports both impact and financial stability.
